"Ryan appears to be friendly enough and communicates well. However, I have had quite a poor experience with regards to payment. There is an option to pay upfront or pay later, I had never used Ryan before but chose to pay upfront as I had been recommended him and had high expectations for the quality of cut. I rescheduled the original appointment, intending for an earlier time, but accidentally changed it to a day earlier. I was in fact working on this day and was completely oblivious to what I had done until Ryan had kindly emailed me and asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I very much apologised for my honest mistake and said I did wish to reschedule and never intended to miss any appointment. To my surprise, however, Ryan informed me that the payment I made would not count towards the rescheduled appointment and that I would have to pay again and that my excuse was not valid enough for a refund. I was not looking for a refund, I was only hoping that as a new client he could give me the benefit of the doubt and allow my upfront payment to cover the rescheduled appointment on this one occasion. I do wonder that had I not chosen to pay upfront, would he then expect the full payment for two haircuts on the day of the rescheduled appointment. Although this may be his policy, Ryan has not placed any terms and conditions on the payments or outlined it anywhere on his website. Had I known this prior then I would have probably reconsidered my payment options."

"5 star! Ryan’s cut my hair for years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Quality trims and he’s a great lad as well. He cleans down after customers, which is really reassuring in COVID times - great all round service and experience"

I could not trust another barber with my hair now and have continued to use his services at other venues he has worked at now at his own place. "My appointment is always quick and efficient. I always get my undercut done by Ryan. Most of the time I opt for a simple buzz cut & shape-up but also known to add some awesome lines/shaping into my hair when I asked! Great experience and Ryan always discusses what he thinks may work best for me before he starts. Very professional!"
