"Went to get my hair done, had a picture where two hairdressers consulted me and did not give me what I wanted and made my hair darker than I initially went in for when I wanted to go lighter. After paying as they convinced me it would get lighter after washes, I went back to ask them to correct this and the hairdresser who did my hair initially refused to correct her mistake. Instead, let someone else just dye my hair into something I did not ask for again. I just decided to leave as they did not care what I wanted or asked for. Would not go back again"

"Definitely will not be going here again. Booked an appointment only to turn up to be left waiting for 25 minutes. When I asked if I would be seen anytime soon, I was given a very rude response and the lady told me to leave if I didn't want to wait, which I did. Instead went to Styles Ahead down the road and had a really good experience. Overall, rude staff, very disorganised and very unprofessional."
