"I have been coming here for a long time and she has always cut my hair the way I like it and always confirms how much I want trimmed and goes through the step by step process as she knows I like my long hair. She is very friendly and nice and charged £15 for a trim and light face framing cut."
"I wasn’t totally happy with the service. I had a hot oil treatment and when it came to blow drying my hair, she did a rough blow Dry. To my knowledge that includes just taking a blow dryer to the hair and drying it with no technique and brushing it. However she left it half soaking wet when it should’ve been dried. It wasn’t until I awkwardly mentioned for her to dry it a little more but it was still left wet. Also there was a price hike despite treatwell having the ‘old’ prices and no mention of this on a poster etc. I get that you get what you pay for but I feel like this salon had potential if they did things properly. I had other things done before and had a good experience ."
