"I’ve been going to Rush for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Nicole A is my go to stylist for any treatment, I can trust her with my hair and know I’ll be happy with the end result. I can show her a picture or describe a colour and she’ll know exactly what I want or provide me with alternative suggestions that she thinks will work better. I can definitely say I’ve never had a bad hair day with Nicole! I am constantly asked about my hair and asked to recommend my stylist and it’s no surprise because she’s honestly so amazing!"

"I’ve been going here for years and years. Rachel is exceptional. She’s the only one I’ll use. Really talented and fantastically skilled. Diane is another I’ve used before and she is great also - she’s a warm Irish hug!! Only downside is management and the organising - not always the best and it frustrates me the stylists have to take the slack - I’ve seen it happen in front of me multiple times."

"VERY DISAPPOINTED! Hairstylist : Nicole A I asked for a V cut, Brown balayage and straight hair with a bit of curl in the end. The haircut isn’t symmetrical and the balayage colour isn’t distributed evenly. The front left side of the hair has a patch of brown/blonde hair and the right side is black and looks very odd. The lower section of my hair is just black and not brown like how a balayage is suppose to blend. I washed my hair the next day as suggested by Nicole and the colour looks worse. The haircut, colour and style aren’t what I asked for. Later I realise that she didn’t cut the hair to the desired length before the colour process. The ends of my hair weren’t lightened and coloured. There’s a blonde patch which doesn’t go with the extra “face framing” I was charged for which is also not noticeable AT ALL. And is also a completely different shade. I was told I needed a lot of colour build up. If the ends of my hair weren’t even built up now, what base did we brake and what are we going to build up next time? It’s shocking really!! I feel completely RIPPED OFF. I really stressed to the hairstylist about how much I want a change but now I feel much worse. I live 50 mins away and came all the way to Ilford just because Rush’s official Instagram page has posted complimenting Nicole’s work. Even a full refund wouldn’t fix the fact that I’m the one who’s suppose to live with this uneven coloured and cut hair for 6-8 weeks before I ever dare to go for a balayage again. It’s a shame it definitely wouldn’t be in Rush. I will NEVER come back only because I was sent back without an explanation. There are pictures of my hair the hairstylist clicked where the strang of uneven hair was clearly visible. Very insulting and unprofessional!"
