After getting a set of starter locs elsewhere that I wasn't happy with, Rissa was able to explain what went wrong and what to do to create the best set of locs. She re-did my starter locs and I couldn't be happier. In addition the salon is really classy, clean and modern. Rissa herself is friendly and happy to offer any advice you need (especially if you're like me and don't know alot about hair). Highly reccomend!"
