"So I had a haircut with Taylor absolutely loved it although I felt like my hair was cut shorter than agreed on but it is what it is. Looks much healthier and the whole experience was lovely and so was she. However when I went to the bathroom before leaving. I took my time as I'm on my monthly and as soon as I'm out the door there ls 2 staff members there and one had the gall to say "had a nice poo?" and the other one looks straight at me and smiles. I awkwardly smile and walk past... I'm sorry but I've never experienced that in any salon setting and it is unacceptable in my opinion to speak like that. So it ruined my vibe of feeling happy after the experience only to leave with that."

"My experience with Taylor was disappointing. I had a Bob haircut a couple of weeks ago and although I showed her some photos to give her an idea of what I was expecting, she gave me a different hairstyle. After blow drying, my hair looked a bit hilarious that I had to hide my hair on the way home, and I had to cut my hair again when I went back home since my hair wasn't finished and was left unevenly with stray hair. I didn't say a word regarding this in the hope that it will look better when my hair gets longer but now I'm spending almost half an hour every day drying my hair and I regret that."

"Raw staff is super friendly, the space is never crowded, super clean and the whole experience is nice and relaxing. Only had my haircut with Tommy and highly recommend. He takes his time and is super detailed and knowledgable. They sell very high quality products and I even got a super cute tote. Great experience!"
