"Really enjoyed my experience at Shiroma! I arrived early for my appointment but was able to start earlier so didn’t have to wait at all. Sun was so friendly and it was clear she wanted to ensure I would be happy with the haircut which I absolutely am! Been in London over 10 years and overall this was my best Salon experience here. Clean place, friendly staff, nice conversation, and a great haircut. Can’t ask for more!"

"This was the first visit I made about 3 years after my previous hairdresser returned to Japan. It's always challenging to change a new hairdresser. But as I was told she had 20+ years experience, starting hairdressing career before moving from Malaysia to the UK, I thought it couldn't be that bad. However, the result completely beat my expectation! Honestly I had never experienced such a skill and technic that could shred your hair so carelessly like a bunch of wild grasses. Now 1 month on since my cut, when I tie up my hair, my ponytail still looks like a heavily used brush (I mean the edge at the back sticks out 360 degrees??!!); and the fringe still looks like a bunch of grasses just being chewed by rabbits. This is the first time I experienced how a bad haircut can destroy not only one's image but also her level of confidence and daily mood! Hairdressing is very personal. But I will avoid this place and in particular this hairdresser at all costs."

"Had a haircut here over lunch. No appt. It was fine. Cut, cleaned and finished to a high quality. Will be leaving my existing stylist for this place. They know how to handle East Asian hair."

"I had been a loyal customer to Shiroma since my very first visit 6 years ago and had never for once tried another salon. Never received that many compliments to my hair before I started having my haircut there. There’s a reason why the business is still standing after decades . I had my hair done with different stylists who are all very good. However I’m giving 4 stars because recently I felt that something was not right when a few new stylists were entering charges and tips on the machine which gave me doubts and bring down my trust a little bit. I hope I’m wrong. If so I apologise if not I hope they could stop doing it"
