"A nice haircut at a good price, however I asked if they could just trim what hair they deemed unhealthy and they took off about 6 inches, which I don’t mind but I know I did not have 6 inches of unhealthy hair. Also the lady comb my hair and pulled out an earring, and when I informed her of this she said it was not her and I had lost it somewhere else. I told her I had felt it come out, and she denied she had done it and refused to look for it. Luckily another woman working there did find it on the floor, but I was unhappy that she assumed I was lying to her and did not apologise."
