"I had red hair for more than ten years before Pari & Ati transformed it into brunette in just few appointments & with no damage at all. Based on a sample I sent Pari, she found the ideal brunette shade for me. She did an excellent job, I'm still wearing the same shade a year later. With them, scheduling a session is simple and reasonably priced. On my last visit, Ivan did haircut, toner, and root colour. Despite the language barrier, I could tell he is a skilled hairstylist since he not only applied the colour exactly as I expected, but also used various techniques to give my hair volume while keeping the health and natural shine of it. Irina always threads my brows. Her hands are delicate, and she has an excellent sense of proportion. My brows are now much more symmetrical, and I know I can put my trust in her with my sensitive skin."

"Awful experience. Booked on Treatwell for 7 pm. Arrived at 7 pm and informed barbers that I had booked (and prepaid for) an appointment at 7 pm. By 7.30 pm I was still sitting down waiting having not been acknowledged by barbers. Two ladies then walked in. Barber proceeds to chat to them, offfer them drinks and show them round. 5 minutes later I was still being ignored over 30 mins after my allotted slot. So I decided to leave and will not be returning."

"She cancelled last minute as I made my journey to the salon on a rail strike day from Surrey to Balham. Obviously took someone else - when I suggested we do the facial without a steamer which was her excuse over the phone - I got there 10 mins late to be told I had lost 10 mins of my appointment!! How ridiculous even after knowing there was a strike and I was coming in for sure!! Never again."

"One of the best barbers in the local area and well priced (I have never paid more than £18), only downside is they are cash only. I have been using them for the past 5 years and will go nowhere else. The guys are all friendly and know what they're doing. You are greeted by them all when you walk in and they all say bye on the way out which is also quite nice. Highly recommended."
