"Super friendly staff in a pretty salon. Marlita is the epitome of an actual angel!!! After having 2 really bad experiences in 2 chain salons, i wasn't expecting much, but not only did she fix the mistakes of the previous stylists. But she was helpful and sincerely honest with what would work for me. Which is find to hard these days as money is what matters in most places. I've finally walked away with a hair style i love.I also loved that she didn't try and push this treatment or that treatment on me. Will most definately return and will most definately recommend. "I took my Nan (89) here for the first time today for a well over-due chop. She is very frail & unsteady on her feet, but for my Nan's stylist, it was more than just a hair cut... She was caring & tentative to my Nan's needs, even offering her support waking support if she needed it when moving around the Salon. She never once rushed her, & made her feel & look glam once more. Thank you so much. We will be back to keep my Nan's hair looking tip top."

"My hair looks exactly the same from when I went in to get the highlights done. I was specific I showed a photo of what I wanted - bright blonde highlights I’ve attached the picture I showed Benny, I said I wanted it significantly lighter from its current state, yet my hair was apparently ‘too fine’ - this has not been a problem for any other hairdresser!! You can still see the line in my hair from my last highlights, there is literally no difference. I’m incredibly disappointed and I didn’t want to request a refund from the man who did it as it was just myself and him in the salon when it came to the end. You can see in the photos that my roots are dirty blonde - my natural colour, no change and there is a line from my previous highlights. I want a refund, I wasted my time and money. I rang up to ask for a refund and I was hung up on. This is extremely disappointing. I’ve requested a refund from Treatwell but I doubt this will go through as they have to get cooperation with the Salon who hung up the phone and didn’t even let me finish my sentence. I was very polite there was no need to hang up on me."

"I brought my 12 Yr old daughter here last Monday. It was about 2pm and Denis kindly offered her a 5.40pm slot. I expected him to rush it as it was so late in the evening and short notice but he really took his time ensuring the cut was exactly how she wanted it. She got a top class cut at such a good rate. Lovely hairdresser in very warm and inviting salon."
