"Incompetent. Appointment given for 1.15 for me and my child, first assessment. Appointment came and went, then received a text with a follow up appointment. I rang IAPT to find out why nobody had rung and why I'd been given a follow up appointment, 'well, the counselor spoke to you and has written the report, it's all on the system'...... Error no, nobody has spoken to me, 'well, it's on the system on record', we'll get it off there because that wasn't us, who the heck has the counselor rung, were any details checked.... NO. How the hell any of us are still alive or in our own mind is a mystery to me."
