"To begin with, I have been a customer of the salon for a quite long time. I do go there mostly for haircuts. My favourite hairdressers are Ovanes and Mini. There is no a single occasion when I left the salon unhappy. Their customer service is that good and you will not be disappointed, I promise you. Additionally, the staff from the coffee shop is very polite, nice, and always try to meet customers’ expectations. This also adds up to the whole positive experience."

"Had my pedicure done. Never ever again! All my nails are different shape and lenght. Told the lady she needs to cut them so they can match in lenght. Her response was ridiculous :" All nails should be different size as one has nothing to do with the other".I asked her very nicely to get the lenght and shape the same if possible. Once I got out of the salon in day light, I've noticed they are still not done properly and on some of my toes the cuticles were not cut."
