"Emily was very communicative and accommodating to my appointment day/ time. She had a quick response and was able to fit me in. Once I arrived Emily was polite and approachable. She made me feel comfortable to request what kind of style I wanted but I also asked for her opinion. She gave great advice and we went with what she suggested. She offered tea/coffee and we had a good conversation althroughout. Emily was checking in mid cut to ask my preference and if I like it. She did an absolutely amazing job and I will be returning as a regular customer. She even offered to give a few curls free of charge. Thanks Emily. Hope to see you again."
