"The lash lady is amazing, but the nail tech treated me so badly. He did not remove my shellac properly, and when I told him, he insisted the colour wouldn’t show on the new set. In the end it showed through, and instead of apologising, he rubbed my nails into a horrible mess and was so rude to me and told me he doesn’t want to see me in his sight. I have never been so mistreated in any beauty establishment"
