"WARNING: Check who is cutting your hair and if they are trained. I asked for a trim and one long layer. I wanted almost no length off my hair. The young female hairdresser then did this (see photo) to my hair - this photo is from the END of the haircut. I had to go to another hairdresser to fix it which meant cutting half my length off having spent three years growing my hair long. Devastated. They have apologised and I was refunded for the cost and offered another haircut but of course I will not be returning and I feel like I must warn others."
