"Tried the salon today... okish service. Paid £45 online for a set and wash. I had all my own products and at the end was charged an extra £20 so £65 in total. Totally not worth it. Wont be going again. Shame as it should be a really good local hairsalon."

"Don't be swept up by some fancy work they seem to do. These people are incredibly greedy. They won't do anything to correct mistakes made by them & will blame the customer. Appeals to kindness do not work on them even in these challenging economic times. Do business with them at your own risk. They'll probably only treat you with respect if you have clout"

"I went in to get cornrows with extensions, but my hair ended up being too short for the style I wanted. Beah was really lovely & suggested that using sew in weaves as a protective style, would be a great way to grow my hair. so I just got a treatment & natural braids, to hold me. until I come back to get a weave. All the ladies were so kind, patient & professional. they didn't try & push me to do anything I didn't want. Customer service was really great, I didn't have to wait for anything, the salon was beautiful & clean. & I was offered tea, coffee & biscuits. I'm really looking forward to my next visit."
