Shame because I’ve had a different hairdresser here before who did a great job. 2 stars because he offered to try fix it another day (turned him down to go somewhere else). "Glynn feels more like a friend who does your hair just how you want it than a business, but the quality and service offered by all the stylists is highly skilled and professional. The salon is welcoming, going in is comfortable, staff know their customers and always have a friendly greeting. Glynn really listens to what you want for your hair, and has a good understanding of how hair will behave in different styles, rather than thinking he can cut hair into styles which it doesn't want to take - the voice of long experience here. The salon is clean with good quality towels, and a pleasant place to sit whilst having our hair cut. We are definitely lucky to have the salon in East Sheen"
