"Had an appointment booked in for highlights at 1200 on 22nd November, and was phoned the night before to cancel my appt as there was no record of patch test (I had this earlier in the year). Really unacceptable to leave it so last minute to check and cancel on a customer, or make a note of the original patch test earlier in the year. No contact since to try and resolve the bad experience."
