"My favourite independent hair salon in London! Katie, the owner, is absolutely lovely & one of the best hair dressers I have ever been to. My family have been seeing Katie for many years now and we’re so happy to see her open up her own hair salon. She’s had so much experience over the years that I completely trust her with cutting and styling my hair. The whole team are very eco-aware with their reusable hair foils & eco friendly davines products. The interior is gorgeous & the massaging seats when you’re getting your hair washed is a really great touch. You can definitely tell just how passionate Katie is about her salon and being a hair stylist. I can’t forget about Ralphie The Salon Sausage who is the resident salon puppy!!! What a fantastic idea! He’s absolutely gorgeous & definitely does not get in the way. He sits in the corner peacefully & he’s always ready for a cuddle if you ever fancy it! "I am over the moon that Mayfive hair has opened so near my house. It’s a beautiful shop staffed by incredibly friendly and professional women. Every experience I have had there has been 5 star. For instance when I mentioned in passing that I had recently been swimming a lot and was worried about the chlorine the stylist gave me 6 free samples of shampoo to try out as an alternative to mine and which have absolutely made a difference. I have been a number of times for washes and blow dries but will definitely be going back soon for my cut and colour!"
