The staff are always cheerful, polite and attentive and you get an appointment very easily. They are also extremely clean and have put many measures in place since COVID to make you feel really confident. It's lovely to see them back in action again after the lockdown. "After being very unwell and in Northwick park hospital for 2 weeks already I was delighted to find that there is actually a salon in the hospital, I had my hair, dyed, cut and blow dried and had my eyebrows tinted and threaded, I highly recommend trying this Salon, the atmosphere put me at complete ease, the Lady who did it all was amazing, she did such a good job that so many people have completed my hair and eyebrows and I've told them all that I had it done at The Cutting Room and I definitely recommend people to try there. Me and the lady who did it all also had a really good gossip so it was a really fun good day for me, I can't remember her name but she had really lovely striking red hair herself.
