"I took my 2 sons here (aged 3 & 4) admittedly, we had a gift card. I tend to use my barbers usually. Obviously Headmasters has a good name for itself so, I was expecting good results before walking in. Between the friendly young lady at the desk as we walked in and the stylist, Jenny that cut my boys hair. It was a lovely experience. They can be prone to getting a bit upset with getting their hair cut. They loved it! Jenny was patient and attentive to them, whilst also checking in with me at regular intervals to ensure that we are getting what I wanted. The entire team clearly have their profession and great service down to a tee."

"I love this Kingston salon - it’s such a pleasurable experience to go there. You are looked after so well. I go regularly for a cut and blow dry and am never disappointed with the result. James is my stylist of choice. He is charming and interesting to talk to. He is an excellent communicator and always asks if I am happy with his work, or whether I would like him to adjust or tweak anything. I came out today feeling very good about my haircut (as usual). I have been going there for six years and I would highly recommend it. My daughter and young grandchildren use it too, I just need to persuade my husband now, to leave the local barber and come here instead!"

"Wonderful place. Very clean. Appointment was easy to schedule online and zero waiting time. Emilia was very nice and professional. She gave me a nice even color and a beautiful haircut. The chair massage while getting my hair washed was a nice extra perk and so was the tea and biscuits. Would definitely recommend."
