"Really disappointing first and second visit. Ended up with yellow broken hair and parts of my hair looked like a zebra. Went back to the salon hoping that the lady would rectify this only to be told she had left and was then booked in with an older gentleman who did not have a clue. At no point was I contacted to advise that she had left. Would not recommend."
