"M&M has some rave reviews but I will never find out how good they are. Based on their website, I tried to find them to discuss a hair cut and to make an appointment. All I found was a car wash place and a row of houses. I assumed they must have moved as No.10 is a house and I didn't like to knock in case I annoyed the occupant/s. Back home I rang them up and in a non too friendly tone was informed that they were by appointment only. They also said they were an online company trading from a house with no sign to say they are a hairdressers. I then rechecked their website and it definitely says you can 'pop in' for a consultation so sent them an e-mail. I never got a reply. It is good to know that business is so brisk that they can afford to turn prospective customers away."

"I had been going to the same hairdresser for 20 years until I was introduced to Mo! What a game changer! Mo took the time to really understand what I wanted and I have had the best hair cut ever! My friends and family all go to Mo now...we wouldn't go anywhere else. My hair is easy to style and just what I wanted. Mo is a top guy and I would highly recommend this salon!"
