"Always end up spending so much money here but I love it"

"I went in the other day there was no staff on the floor to help, most of the sweets had been opened an left, shelves were really untidy, get to the checkout only 2 tills on an it was quite busy when another member of staff came over they were chatting I mean seriously no customer service what's so ever was even more shocked when I hear them swearing, not sure if I want to go in there again, it's not like it used to be now it's full of kids that don't care"

"Came in this evening to request a refund for a faulty item, I was served by a lovely lady called nic on the till who stated she would deduct the refund amount of my shopping but needed another staff member who could do it. A young man called Tom with blonde hair came and stated my item can’t be refunded even if it’s faulty as it’s been over 30 days and the items been used. I didn’t know you have 30 days when you buy non electrical items from b&m and if they break/or are faulty tuff luck they’ve got your money now so nothing you can do. Of course my item had been used twice as stated it was a painting roller they of-course get paint on and I would of needed to use it to know it’s faulty. Very poor customer service, he wasn’t helpful at all and even after I stated it’s faulty and it’s been 5 weeks and the other lady said it would be deducted of my shop he wasn’t prepared to do it as his manager ‘Jenny’ said it’s been used but if I had the box it would of been ok. Poor customer service and clearly the staff aren’t communicating as two said completely different things to me."

"I really don’t think that the staff at B&M Bromborough are happy in their work. I’ve just been in and dated to disturb a member of staff restocking gift bags for an item I’d looked for but couldn’t find. Begrudgingly she took me to the item said “it’s there” without even stopping and left me. I still couldn’t see it but dared not to ask again and then at the till my items were “chucked” ti the other end after scanning with not a please or a thank u in site. Come on B&M sort it out. Is good customer service s thing of the past ???"

"Good choice of items, most at a reasonable price. Have had my car scratched twice in their car park though. I know that's not their fault but just suggesting you may want to park in the less populated parts of the car park. ( they don't have cctv that covered where my car was either). Usually have good offers on compost."
