"Disappointing customer Service. I asked i I could get SNS nails the man told me to wait however 2 people came in after me and got served before me. One of the ladies had an appointment but the other didn't. The staff didn't say anything. I then asked how long the wait would be and if I could just come back they said that I would be next however I ended up waiting 1 and half hours. The staff didn't seem phased and weren't apologetic which made the situation worst. I would have left and gone somewhere else at the time but they made me soak my old nails for the 1.5 hours. I also showed a picture of the nails of what I wanted and the lady was quite unhelpful telling me to pick out my own colours I then just said to do normal nail polish due to the time wasted and just not being helpful. I've never had such poor customer service if they had just communicated the wait time clearly or been more empathetic then it wouldn't have been as bad. I'll be going to the other local in the area now. It's a shame as I used to be a regular customer here but seems their customer service has got worse and with the new staff. I highly don;t recommend if you;re looking for good customer service!"
