"I'm so impressed. I've never been here before, but I felt a little disappointed with the way my mum was treated at my last salon, so was on the hunt for a new nail salon. Found Toms Nail and Beauty on Google and their reviews and photos were amazing, so figured I had to give it a go. Cleanliness ✅ Smell ✅ (I know this sounds odd but most salons smell chemically because of the acrylic but this place smelt like a spa, with burning incense) Atmosphere ✅ Now for the design. I always feel a little tense because I think the artwork won't meet my expectations but this place surpassed them in every possible way. Price was very good for a manicure and pedicure, so much so I left a tip as I really felt they deserved it. They knew how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, and found the right balance between talking to you and talking too much as, let's face it, sometimes you just want to enjoy the experience! They are clearly very popular. A lady arrived while I was there having travelled from Tilbury to use them. Tiny word of warning, they only accept cash, so just be prepared to have that with you (I had to get my partner to bring me some - embarrassing haha!). But now I know, I will be ready for my next visit. 100% recommended and will definitely be using them again. Thank you to the very talented staff at Tom's Nails.
