"Booked an optician appointment which I got several reminders for and even someone call me to remind me of. When I arrived they asked why I was so early (apparently my appointment wasn't for half an hour) and I showed them my appointment time on one of the text reminders. They said it would be fine and asked me to take a seat but I had to wait half an hour anyway. If they'd told me I'd have to wait I would've left and come back. The optician was friendly. The glasses are very expensive even buy one get one half price and there should be some cheaper options that are still stylish. I also got some photos developed here and had to wait ages to be served and the photos came back terribly which could have been the camera but half of them were missing and there was no explanation."
"Booked a BP check. Pharmacist who did the check was excellent. Very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. Took the time to double check readings, advise on home monitor and explained the process very well."
"You have to be more careful when you drop the products in the bag. The lady dropped my eyeshadow palette like a trash in the bag and it broke. Luckily it was cheap but this is not a reason to not be careful. We pay for these."
