"One the Worst experience of my life. The service was very bad. Have no customer service skills. No hair cutting experience, hair was treated really rough. I wanted a certain hair and style, she did not listen to what I wanted and instead messed up my hair, tried to fix but did not do a good job. Way over priced. I was over charged for a very poor job, They are very sly, entered wrong amount on the card machine, which I paid for without checking my mistake and when I asked and requested my money back they refused to give it back knowing they are at fault. I wonder if they are even qualified they need to be reported. Extremely disappointed"
