"Turned up today at 4.25pm. It shuts at 4.30pm. Had driven a fair way to get there in busy traffic and when I arrived it was closed. Staff were still there, I asked them what time they shut, they said 4.30. I stated it wasn’t yet 4.30. They told me it was ‘nearly 4.30’ so wouldn’t let me in. I’m fuming, will buy the products on line now and not bother supporting this local shop."

"Came home after spending xmas with family, found we had no gas left in the calor gas bottles. Called Hesfords and explained the situation, they came with 4 refills within an hour. The guy who brought them was great and very quick doing the change over. Not like all the other calor gas delivery people we have had from other companies who do nothing but moan as they have to come through the house to change the bottles. We definitely be ordering from them again."
