"Amazing staff! Rushed my puppy in when she suffered kidney failure after being spayed at our local vet surgery. From the minute we stepped in, the reception staff were kind and friendly. The vetinary nurse who was first to see us was so reassuring and reacted with patience and understanding whilst I stood there crying! For each of the 10 days my puppy was an inpatient, I received a phone call from the vet looking after her. They took the time to explain her condition and the treatment they were providing. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and was told that if I needed to ring them at any time day or night, I could do so. We arranged to come and visit our puppy, and we were given ample time with her in a consultation room (we even brought our other dog for a couple of visits). I can't thank the staff enough for the great care they took of our puppy. Wonderfully caring staff whose expertise I have no doubt was the main reason we were able to bring our puppy home. Can't thank them enough."
"We came home one Sunday to our dog in bad shape. Took him here since our vet was closed. They signed us in quickly. We waited 5 minutes or so and a vet tech came out to get Dexter and take some info down. 25 min or so later they invited us in to talk to the vet. The vet was completely honest with us - he had congestive heart failure, and while treating him was an option, it wouldn’t be wrong to say goodbye to him now. We knew the right decision. We didn’t want him to suffer any longer. We had to say goodbye. It was very difficult for us. Although we knew it was coming, I was not prepared to say goodbye. The vet and vet tech were so nice, informative, and patient. They gave us as much time as we needed with our sweet boy. We decided to have him cremated and the services they used were very good. The receptionists were also very good. They were professional and knew how to deal with a sobbing mess that I quickly turned into. We got a call a week later and he was ready to come home. He had a very nicely engraved casket for his ashes, paw prints, strands of his hair, and some forgetmenot seeds to plant in his memory. There is a Dexter sized hole in my heart and soul, but having him back home with us and having had this good experience with the vet makes me feel so much better. Thank you so much to those who helped us at Vets Now. Thank you for being compassionate and professional. Thank you for understanding how much our pets mean to us."
"My girlfriend brought our dog here on tuesday. Wow. What a team. Amazing, friendly, caring. Special mention to Lynn on reception and Hannah the vet. Our little man seems to be over the worst and causing mischief again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts"
"Took my poorly pooch here last night due to her eating something she shouldn't. Not the usual vet's I went to with my old 2 but was advised this was the out of hours for my vet. Couldn't of been better we had a bit of a wait for triage but she got took in. They made her sick kept me upto date as it was happening. I made the decision to take her home with medicine after around 3 hours. I was quite concerned at first as she was quite lethargic but after all the medication she's like a new dog. Came here with my friend who had to bring his daughter and the staff were absolutely lovely with her which was a nice touch on top. Obviously wouldn't recommend going back as it's a vet's but I definitely would recommend them. Thanks for making me better. LOLA X"
"I cannot thank all the Team at Pets Now. In particular Kim - a lovely young lady, kind, compassionate at a time when I desperately needed help with my puppy,Teddy. Also Alex the Vet was superb, professional and gave regular updates on Teddy’s situation. Yes, the hospital isn’t cheap but how can you equate the cost of your pets life ? Teddy is hopefully on the road to recovery and this is thanks to all concerned at Pets Now."
