"I booked one appointment for my wife for hair styling but i feel the service could have been better. Colouring process and the result was not up to expectations. I was given a price list which shows the hair styling is 50 pounds but later they asked for 100 pounds and told the price list is old one and they don't have the new one. Please don't fall on this trap just looking at thi price list.definitely give a 2 star."

"Nora done my highlights it came out soo perfectly and I really love it, I have been getting my highlights done by her all the time she never let me down. Amazing service from Nora and the way she treats her customer is amazing too!!"

"I went to have my upper lip waxing done & the results were horrible. Although, I mentioned that I'm undergoing my acne treatment before she started waxing, it was her job as being a beautician or whatever to stop me from opting for a wax as retinoids and wax are strictly contraindicated. Had to learn this the hard way, ended up with my skin being burnt a bit. Would never go back there. Other salons definitely ask for filling up the form or basic questions if we are on any other oral or topical medications."

"Read positive reviews on here about make up waxing etc but nothing about haircut. I still decided to go ahead and try. How much I regret it now. Wanted short hair cut neck high(Bob) ended up looking like a chicken. Can’t style my hair at all. One side has more layers plus is shorter than the other side what a disaster Now I have to wait patiently for my hair to grow back so I can have it recut somewhere who knows what they doing"
