"I went to Sheenz to take my children to get a haircut. My oldest had gotten a trim and the after look was clean and tidy. The lady who had done my child's hair was attentive and asked how would I like it done for her and after every snippet she would show me and ask me if it was correct. The woman who had done my youngest daughter's hair completely messed up her hair and it was uneven. I had asked for a straight cut for her, to just neaten her split end but she didn't do that and ruined it. She feathered the edges and did her own thing and did not do what I asked. Another thing I would like to add is that the employees are careless and aren't quick to get up when a customer would enter the salon. When I was there, a customer had entered and asked for her eyebrows to be plucked and the worker looked at her like the customer had asked her to pick up a lorry. She didn't appreciate that she had to get up to walk just a few feet to twease a paying customer's eyebrows. As for the haircut, I don't know why I paid £20 for a trim when I could've done a better job than the "professional" hairdresser"
