"These folks are extremely unprofessional and bad at service. Please stay away. I went for beard trimming to this place. Firstly, they don't provide head support when you tilt your head back for beard trimming which is not safe. When I asked for it, the person said I need to 'build a build a stronger neck' because his customers stay with their head tilted backwards for more than half an hour without any support. I really pity those customers. Secondly, this person was talking without mask during these time against the government guidelines. Barber had no type II mask and just a face shield entire time. They are clearly violating safety protocols at this place and some government organisation should take note of this."
