"Paula is an absolute angel. I took my 2 young daughters to get their hair trimmed and usually they don't enjoy the whole experience. Paula spoke to the girls throughout keeping them calm. Hairdryers are scary for them so Paula involved the girls and they felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for being understanding with them. I did my hair as well and she gave great advice on maintenance! Very affordable as well, definitely going back!"
