"First & last time I will be using this Hair Dressers. Although the place was very busy, staff seemed friendly enough & I was happy with my new haircut style, due to my hairdresser was my normal hairdresser, done at her home or mine. Prior to attending Jill's Hair Salon, I called to ask if my hairdresser was available and was told yes, I asked how much my haircut would cost, I was asked what I wanted to be done and how long my hair was. I explained that my hair was short but I wanted it restyled shorter & the lady on the phone asked the owner Lorraine how much it would cost me and was told £20. My hair was cut, restyled shorter than a short bob and then I was charged £30. I said that my haircut was £10 more than I had been told prior to attending & Jill replied 'Your haircut looks good though" and I left. This is why i won't be returning."
