"So I went in to get my hair coloured. I needed a quick booking which was secured within a day. Really happy with the outcome of my hair but extremely upset with the service. There was no communication at all, the lady didn’t speak to me once to even try engage in conversation literally nothing. A lot of hair pulling and nagging which was extremely uncomfortable, was not asked about how I felt etc. It was a long process for my hair, took a couple of hours was really upset with how much hair she cut as she didn’t ask me if I would’ve preferred short or not. Just need to work on service and making sure that all customers feel welcomed and comfortable please"
