"I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! The fitter had no attention to detail, rushed the job in 3 days and rushed out the door at 4:55pm each day. Had more cigarette breaks than focus on the job. Wrong parts delivered. The fitter didn't seal the floor or bath properly told me 'ran out of sealant' maybe he would have had enough if he didn't use it so liberally to cover his multiple mistakes. The radiator/towel rail leaked the next day causing water damage to our landing, had to fix the mess myself. It's been 2 months since installation and the bath is failing, the fibre glass seems like its cracked underneath perhaps through inadequate support, when you shower you hear it crack and feel it flex under your feet so we cant even relax and enjoy a shower and don't want to risk filling a bath tub full of water in case it gives way, also suspect fitter damaged bath with tools as it had marks and scratches we noticed when cleaning. The UPVC walls were cut about an inch short in places and covered with masses of silicon to disguise the error. When bathing the water weight changes have broken the sealant away from the walls there is that much gap. The flooring panels were put in any old way, not sticking to the standard 'brickwork pattern'. The premium sink/toilet unit we paid extra for was installed so poorly none of the panels line up and the sink top is misaligned. The door handles are not straight. The bathroom door frame disappears into the wall at the bottom meaning the door hinge rubs against the wall. The 4 led spot lights in the ceiling don't line up with the ceiling slats 2 are on a join the other 2 off centre but at least inside a full slat but looks awful. There are more minor things I could list but I believe they are a cowboy outfit who seem to hire cut price clowns as fitters. A TRULY AWFUL EXPERIENCE."
