Clarendon Wing, Leeds General Infirmary (LGI)

"The most stressful experience in my life. Mother had an appointment in Clarendon wing however the place we needed to be in was not sign posted on anything around the hospital. We asked multiple nurses, receptionists and staff where we needed to be 30 minutes before the appointment time not one of them knew where the place was. Absolutely horrendous experience. Ended up been ten minutes late to the appointment after a lovely receptionist helped us out an managed to call the main switchboard people."

"All staff (doctors, nurses, cleaning, porters, catering etc) have been absolutely amazing from moment we got there they have cared about my stepson and his outcome. 14 hours in theater Days recovery in HDU and then on to other wards for his recovery. We honestly can not express how amazing all the staff have been. They never stop and although NHS budget just isn't enough everyone here works non stop for the care and wellbeing of the patients Hopefully you wont need to visit here but if you have too you will be well looked after easy a 5 star hospital ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Absolutely amazing care by all the LGI maternity team whilst I stayed in here for the birth of my son. Nothing was too much for them and so much first class support provided. Would thoroughly recommend LGI if you are having a baby local to here."

"Great hospital amazing staff. Friendly, polite and professional staff. Right from the health care assistants, nurses to the doctors and all in-between who we encountered. The only down side is the car parking situation but which hospital does have an abundance of parking nowadays. Hence why I took a taxi in. We always feel well looked after here at LGI"
