"I recently found this salon because of the great reviews and they did not disappoint. The ladies were so warm, welcoming and friendly - it was a really nice atmosphere. The treatment: I didn't really know what I wanted. I had a phone consultation where Lady took the time to talk through everything with me and answer all of my questions. She was very professional and informative. On the day of the appointment, again she spent some time figuring out exactly what I wanted out of the treatment and we agreed on a texture release, trim and style. This was my first time doing anything like this and I was completely blown away! I was hesitant at first because my hair was in a pretty bad state and prior to my visit I had contacted at least half a dozen other salons to see if they could accommodate me. Overall, I was surprised by the negative responses I got. Namely, them saying that it would not be possible to achieve the silky texture I wanted or it was not possible to do treatments like this on 4c hair. But the end result was far beyond anything that I could have hoped for. My hair has never looked like this. It has been 3 days since my appointment and my hair is so silky, smooth, nourished and beautiful. I am so impressed by the time, care and attention to detail Lady took to look after me. And I will most definitely be returning for regular treatments. I had spoken to some other women in the salon that day and their hair also looked incredible. I highly recommend visiting this salon - Lady is a wonderful woman and she will look after you. There are also snacks available and a kitchen. I would put more than 5 stars if it was possible."

De lady is extremely knowledgeable not just on the products she uses but also on hair chemistry, maintenance and styling. After many years of delving in and out of weaves with leave outs the front of my hair was weak and heat damaged, however De lady worked her magic and not only treated my hair but trimmed it and styled it in a way that noone would have guessed the front of my hair was damaged.
