"Lazy haircutting. I came in for a cut due to split ends and somehow left with MORE split ends than I started with, plus uneven bangs. Stylist did not do any consultation beyond "how many inches", didn't use any product or heat protection, and didn't check the evenness of the cut, show me a mirror, or even brush my hair after drying. The whole thing only lasted 20 minutes, and then I had to trim the long, uneven hairs myself when I got home. I don't usually write reviews but this was really disappointing - and £45 for new damage is upsetting."

"I asked for layers and basically got two different haircuts. It looked awful! The stylist also cut off far more than I asked for. When I emailed the salon (with photos) asking them to correct it free of charge, I got no response. When I emailed again for a refund, no response. I ended up having to go to another salon, paying again to get it fixed."
