"Had recently booked a lash lift at Anir Day Spa and while ladies were very polite and nice, the treatment was not handled professionally. A woman claimed she washed her hands, while I couldn't see it, did not use any gloves or tools when applying glue on my eye lids. Instead she used her finger, smudging glue all over my eye and as an obvious outcome has put glue right in my eye causing pain and irritation. I had to call off the lash lift, as my eye started to sting and staff was nice enough to process a refund for me. Overall not a pleasant experience, won't go back, but appreciated politeness of staff."
