"Booked in for a consultation that was cancelled with less than 20mins to go before the start time. I had travelled 5mi to reach the salon and while I appreciate s**t happens I'm also not going back to a venue so happy to waste my time. I received a missed call with no voicemail16m before start time, returned it 3m later but had no reply. As I was only a few hundred metres from the salon I carried on and discovered I'd been cancelled. Checking my emails it transpires that Treatwell had refunded the cost of my consultation before the salon rang to inform me it was cancelled. This is very shoddy customer service."
"Rang up to book an eyebrow shape, tint and eyelash tint. Was quoted £25. Rang to confirm time of appointment and price and was quoted the same. Each time I rang, the therapist relayed the wrong treatment back to me as well as on the day of my appointment she thought I was in for an eyelash tint. This was the third time I had to communicate I wanted eyebrow wax, tint and eyelash tint. Went for appointment, not too bad a job but definitely not worth £40 which I ended up having to pay in cash, which I also wasn’t pre warned about. Also with no apology in regards to miscommunication or anything.... Pretty disappointing."
"I had a great experience at Blossom and Bloom Beauty. As soon as I walked in Sobrina was so welcoming and lovely. It was my first wax and she made me feel so comfortable and did a fantastic job. Definitely my new favourite place and will be going back again :)"
"Absolutely disgusting experience with Dillan, rude and extremely disrespectful to people he thinks cannot afford his services. I asked if they do discounts for new customers as I'd never had a curly hair cut before and in comparison to a normal hair cut, the cost is extortionate. (Not theirs- just in general). His response was: "Lol sorry no, this is highly disrespectful to say.... to anyone! And disrespect is something i do not tolerate. If you want a curly cut find someone you can afford. Have a good day." I can't believe the disrespect, clearly he thinks his too big for his boots, and that customer service doesn't apply to him."
"Had a terrible experience at this salon. Left a review on Treatwell and was told by the business owner Sobrina that it was a personal attack on her (?!) Very bizarre as I have no idea who the salon owner is, it was my first time visiting the salon and it was a man who did my shellac manicure, not a lady. This was not a personal attack by any means, I was simply being honest about my awful experience at this salon. Everything about my experience was poor. The constant smoke alarm beeping, the limited selection of nail colours available, not using electronic nail tools and using old fashioned clippers which nipped my cuticle and resulted in a bleed that wouldn’t stop and becoming mixed in the nail polish. Nails started chipping after 6 days. Staff also not wearing face masks. Was incredibly disappointed after really looking to my first post lockdown nail treatment."
