"Dear Sirs I used to go to Kingston years and years for my nails with confidence , as she was on holiday I booked with Lily in Worscester park on 8th August. She told me you can keep it at least a month which I used to be. Unfortunately after a week my nails were broken and varnished pilled off when I was on holiday !"

"The only reason I come back here is to specifically get my nails done with Joy, she is amazing. The last 3 times I have visited Angeline’s in W. park i’ve had to wait over 20 mins each time to get my nails done (when I’ve had an appointment booked). It is a complete disregard of people’s time. What is the point in even booking an appointment for a certain time?! One time I was sat waiting for 40 minutes after my appointment time and ended up walking out and said I’d never be back. I’d only make an appointment here if you’re not in a rush."

"They advertise a 45 minute pedicure but mine was 15 minutes. The therapist tried to justify the 15 minutes of me soaking my feet, waiting for her to finish up with her last client as additional treatment time. When this was challenged they were very rude about it. The pedicure was also sub standard and rushed. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. It’s a shame as I was looking for a new nail salon since moving suburbs- rather stick with what you know."

"I would give 5 stars if it wasn't because of the staff who did my nails was ranting (in their language) and had a long face while I was waiting for her to finish her cherry tomato and playing on her mobile. She didn't talk or inactive with me, just rushing through the job, I could tell/feel by her body language that she wasn't interested in doing my nails. However, the place is clean, convenient and Ashley who put the final coat on my nails had given good customer service that made me feel welcome when I first walked in and was smiley. I will go back but will only ask for Ashley."

"It seemed a nice salon but I got cut in the middle of manicure. Mina (the girl that was doing my mani) cut my cuticle, and it was bleeding. It took around 10 minutes or so for the bleeding to stop and now my finger is sore. Mina didn’t put on disinfectant, so I asked whether they sterilised their instruments. Mina didn’t understand what I asked her (I think she is not fluent in English), but other girl told me that they did sterilise their instruments. So hopefully I didn’t get any infection. When I said that I’m not happy with my manicure, Mina said that the cut is small. There is no small or big cut. Cut is a cut and it’s very unprofessional. When I went to pay my bill the salon still charged me full price. I was not happy about it but I paid £58 (for mani and pedi) for being cut and I’m not going back. reference E5F99EF8 Update: In a week 2 nails are already chipped. This has never happened to me before!"
