"I go to this shop every few months and spend money over all. On the electronics and salon. I have recommended this shop to every one I know. Arrived appox at 17:45. The older lady that is working today very rude, dose not know how to speak to customers. From the moment I step in she had an attitude and did not want to help me. There is an older lady and a younger one. The young girl was professional and polite. The old one started to talk about me in own language, because the young girl try to help and look at ways to help me. Then the older one lied about the barber being closed as well. The guys who works at the electrical part, good manners. Never an issue there. I will never be come back here, not because she was rude but because she spoke about me in her language while I am standing there. I will never come back here AGAIN!"

"The worst experice ever. Not to be suggested at all. They booked me with different price for the hair cut & henna over the call and charged me more and kept on adding 5-10-20 pounds extra for no reason. And the hairdresser ended up saying I can’t do this I can’t do that.. This is only business the staff isn’t bothered for services . 1st time went for facial with my own products, I paid the same price and no result, was very unhappy. Then I given it another try for haircut, my long hair were shortened a lot even though I asked the hairdresser to keep my length the same, then for henna I was told I can pick up any design and they went from 25 to 60 pounds , she told me different price for the similar designs I picked."

"Unfortunately, I had my face burnt by one of the ladies that works at the salon. She offered me a 50% discount (which really she should be compensating me, instead of charging half price). I really just think the standard of beauticians in this place have gone down hill. Disappointing and won’t be coming back! I have picture proof just after the waxing and a week later as well, it just got worse! Avoid this place."

"It's so infuriating everytime I go to this place the threading ladies are busy doing waxing on customers, so they advise you to come back an hour later! What do you expect me to do for an hour in West Ealing? They need to do something about this as they will continue losing more customers!"

"I did keratin treatment and I was very satisfied with the service. Karishma is extremely kind and nice person. She is super professional and cares a lot about customer. I will definitely contact her again if I need anything. Also, very good price for keratin."
