"I've spent ages on their site, researching the correct products for my needs and adding nearly £100 worth of goods to my cart.... Only when you go to check out you MUST sign up and create an account, Why? I have no desire to be constantly marketed to and offered additional products or services that I may not need, nor do I have any reassurance about how well they'll store and manage my personal information. So despite the fact that both their range and prices seem fair enough, I've just wasted an hour of my time as I don't wish to have to create an account for a one off purchase. Creating an account should be an OPT IN ONLY function and not a one sided requirement of doing business."

"Have now ordered four times from UK Office Direct and have been delighted not only with their service but also the comprehensive nature of their catalogue. When I ordered the wrong desk by mistake, customer service smoothly took the situation in hand, cancelled the item and replaced it with the new order. Refund was organised without a fuss, delivery was fast and efficient and I was delighted to have the problem solved so well. And, to top it all, the desk and pedestals turned out to be my consumer item of the year, well-designed and made, at a very reasonable price. I have in the past used other online suppliers for office and stationery supplies but will now always make UK Office Direct my first port of call."

"Ordered on Monday, they called to say delivery was going to be arriving in 30 minutes on Friday afternoon, I said no problem, had staff waiting round for the next 1 and 45 minutes but by now their office is shut. Monday Morning 9:00 I get told when I call that there was nobody here, I ask for the time of attempted delivery as there was and we have 17 CCTV cameras on our office and yard so we can prove them wrong. I get told no problem it will hopefully be here today but I will get a call. Another 2 calls later from me, by now 17:20, the warehousing are hoping to deliver on Thursday! Even though it was not my fault they obviously ran out of time or couldn't be bothered on Friday to deliver I have to wait, annoyed I didn't cancel this morning and order elsewhere but I have now! Never again...."

"Ordered multiple large items (desk, chair, printer etc) to set up my home office. Best value for the size desk I needed online. Arrived really fast with all parts needed to assemble. After 31 days after invoice (so presumably after the query period) I realised the office trays hadn't arrived. I rang the office and they advised they would investigate. I got a replacement delivered the next working day with email confirmation. Great, easy customer services and would definitely use again."

"Ordered a printer for next day delivery and did not receive it.Got a call day later to say it would be delivered a day later. I called days later to be told they didn't have the printer and would not have it for a while. Asked for my refund and was told it would be done within a week. Called a week later to be told refund has NOT been processed and would now take 2 weeks! Would definitely not be buying from them."
