"I phoned up out of courtesy to say I was running 5-10 mins late to my appt as my childcare was stuck in traffic, they quite rudely told me not to bother coming in then. I have recommended this place to several friends over the years and one by one we have all stopped going, the quality of service has dropped while prices have gone up to match the big chain hairdressers, I won’t be going back now either, I do realise that being late has a knock on effect but they had cancelled my appt a week before with only a few hours notice due to staff being off sick too and yet spoke to me like that for being 5 mins late, it’s just not professional."
