"Really depends on who is giving you the treatment. I always feel they are in a rush, which sometimes makes you feel unwanted. Been there few times now, to give them another chance, as they do try hard and reinvent, but in all honesty, not sure if I would go back anytime soon."

"We went in having specifically asked that they be ready at the time we booked, but found ourselves waiting 45 minutes. By the time we had sat down and started there was no time for us to get the nails we wanted. They didn’t give us the proper information on under 16s getting fake nails and didn’t care that you need parental consent. This then lead to a lack of detail and an uninformed decision."
