"I had called in advance to let the salon know what I wanted and specified this 3 times. I was given a certain price. When I went to pay, it was alot more than discussed. Not once on the phone was I told that it would be so ££ much extra. When it came to checking to make sure all hairs were waxed off, I had to do this. The therapist did not check herself first to make sure. I have never experienced this in my life. The only good thing about this place was my eyebrows. Absolutely shambles."

Apart from being fantastic at what she does, she is always very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Soni for any beauty treatments :)!!!!! My wash and blow dry was done by Lida. She is highly professional and skilled and really did a fantastic job. She is always busy but tries to accommodate an appointment when she can. The hairstyling done by Lida is hands down the best I have had done so far :)!!"
