"I use Cobham Beauty & Laser for my eyebrow waxing and tinting, very good and recommend thoroughly for this treatment. I tried them for a pedicure last night. I usually go to Cobham nail spa but was curious for a change. I am used to having a pedicure in a professional pedicure spa chair. When I arrived at Cobham beauty and laser it was a chair you would use for waxing / facial and had a bowl of water between my legs on the chair to soak my feet, which meant your knees raised and legs not comfortably stretched at the end of the chair, where you would normally stretch your legs on a professional pedicure chair. This was the case with various elements of the pedicure and was very uncomfortable on my lower back after an hour slumped in a chair not designed for pedicures. Couldn’t wait for it to finish. Also the therapist made no attempt at conversation. Really disappointed after previous visits."
