"I booked a ticket for bones and all and when you book it doesn’t tell you the rating for the movie until after you’ve payed. When I booked my seat it said a recliner for an adult 15+, which I am at 16. Got to the cinema and they turned me and my friend away for their own awful website and mistake. Do not bloody recommend !"

"Lovely comfortable seats and great cinema but I really dislike getting my tickets from the machines which they clearly prefer patrons to use as there are numerous ones dotted around the foyer immediately you get through the doors. When I mentioned this to the young chap who checked my ticket, he said I could have obtained my ticket from the staff manning the coffee shop. I didn't notice any sign advising of such an option."
